NYDJ Tummy Tuck Jeans Review

NYDJ Tummy Tuck Jeans are the hottest trend in fashion for all those women out there without the "perfect body".  In this article, I’d like to give you an overview and review of my favorite pair of super slimming jeans in the world!

Ladies, who doesn’t want to look good in a pair of jeans?  The problem is, that most of us are unhappy with our shape once we stuff our bodies into jeans that are made for teenagers sized 2!  And let’s be real… most of us have more belly than we’d like.  The result is the dreaded "muffin top", or the oh so revealing of our underwear when we bend over.  Not exactly my idea of sexy.   And then there’s the problem of the sagging tush.  Most jeans just flatten it like a pancake instead of molding it into a nice flattering round shape.

Thank God for the blessing of Lisa Rudes-Sandel and her sister Leslie who started Not Your Daughters Jeans in 2003 with the help of their father, George Rudes (who was the brains behind Saint Germain jeans in the 70’s).  They saw a need for jeans "for the rest of us" and set to work developing it.  And can I tell you, they are geniuses!  I don’t know how they did it, but they were able to fit a tummy tuck into a pair of jeans… without the pain, cost, and healing time of surgery!

Let me start out by saying that these are by far the most flattering and comfortable pair of jeans I’ve ever worn.  I’m throwing out all of my other stretch jeans and buying more NYDJ jeans!  The waist is high enough so the muffin top problem is eliminated.  They don’t pinch you in the crotch, so there’s no camel toe (sorry to be so graphic, but we can all relate, right?).  They definitely make my thighs look more slender, and my tush is round.. not flat.  And the best part is… they feel like I’m wearing my sweat pants!   Wait, that isn’t the best part.  The best part is that my boyfriend noticed them right away and commented on how hot I looked!

On their website, they say you can wear a size smaller.  But when I tried them on, I ended up getting the size I normally wear, which is a size 12.   The difference is that I wasn’t spilling out of the tummy tuck pants.  So the shape was appealing and I felt ok with wearing a tighter fitting top, instead of a loose garbage bag look to hide my rolls.  Being short, I personally like the flared legs better than the straight legs, so I’m glad they have many different styles to choose from… even capris.

But you don’t have to be overweight to get the benefit from Not Your Daughter’s Tummy Tuck jeans.  I’ve read testimonials from women short to tall, 20-102 years old, thin, round, pear shaped, long waisted, short waisted… you name it, these jeans seem to have an uncanny ability to form to your body and hold it all in… in the right places.

So if I were you, I’d check out these amazing jeans. They can be a little difficult to find in the stores.. so I buy mine online where they have all of the styles and sizes available, free shipping, a liberal return policy, and no sales tax. And if you do… be sure to come back here to post your comment.  I’ll bet you’ll love them as much as I do!

I have 2 pair of these jeans and they are my favorites. But I do have a difficult time finding them in stores in my area, so on line ordering is the way to go.
